Rental request
Request a quote rental does not bind you to anything, it’s just a “request”. Validation of an order becomes effective upon receipt of assurance and payment.
Response time rental request
You will receive our budget within 48 hours counting from receipt of the request.
Rent Payments
Your order confirmation must be accompanied by payment of the deposit (charged) and the liquidation of the deposit (not done enforce the payment if payment is by credit card). When returning the material and its condition are checked, the deposit will be refunded. The repayment period of the guarantee does not in any event exceed 3 calendar days.
Do I need a Deposit?
Yes, the amount is in the budget. Our products are professional and therefore should cover possible damages, theft or loss. By the nature of our products and their possible use cases, these products can be damaged, which is why you should establish a security over them. it is recalled that the correct use of our products should not cause any damage, loss or theft and therefore should not add an additional cost to rent. The deposit is mandatory in new or occasional customers, repeat customers, custom conditions will be agreed.
Minimum time of rents
With few exceptions, the length of rental units is estimated at minimum 24 hours to run from the time of rental.
Minimum period between signing the contract and delivery
We recommend that you confirm the order as soon as possible for reasons of availability of material; however, we are always at your disposal. If you hurry equipment rental, we ask that you contact us by phone to save time in the 644 37 67 15.
Minimum and Maximum length of rents
Is not no. You are who determines the time and we will study your specific requests to ensure our best commitment to all our customers including you.
Modifying orders
You can change the order up to 24 hours before the date of receipt. If your order is in standby, you can make changes at any time. However, we recommend that you confirm as soon as possible for reasons of availability of material.
Delivery of products
You can make delivery and collection in our store or asking our shipping services and collection.
Damaged products during the rent
Accepting the returned material and check the status of each product, you will be billed the possible lost or broken items as well as the other products rented that has broken or lost, but not before we contact you.
Schedule collection and delivery at our store
You can choose your schedule collection and delivery of products. We will propose several slots previously delivery.
Deliveries abroad
If you request us, we serve in any other country. For more information, do not hesitate to ask.
Requirements to rent
The requirements that must be met in order to rent our products are:
1.- Cameras
– Be over 18 years old
– Have a Photocopy of passport or NIE (good quality)
– Credit card (to avoid the payment of the deposit). If you do not have credit card, you must leave a deposit which will be refunded upon return of the product and after being verified that this is in the same condition in which it was rented)
2.- Drones
– Be over 18 years old
– Have a Photocopy of passport or NIE (good quality)
– Have the drone pilot’s license required
– Credit card (to avoid the payment of the deposit). If you do not have credit card, you must leave a deposit which will be refunded upon return of the product and after being verified that this is in the same condition in which it was rented)
– Sign a waiver of liability to the owner

Cleaning of rental products
The products must be received in the same condition in which it was delivered to rent. If in doubt about how to clean it, please get in touch with us to avoid possible damage.
Extension of the rental period
Is possible during the rent time of our products you want to extend this rent time. In this case, please get in touch with us as soon as possible in order to check the possibility to do it and we can do it, avoiding to impact in others clients.
